Looking for an experienced automation expert to build an AI-powered lead capture system for a property management company. Here's the situation. My client lists rental properties on Facebook Marketplace and gets a high volume of inbound messages from potential renters. Right now their small team manually responds to every message, collects info through back-and-forth conversation, then copies everything into a Google Sheet by hand. They can't keep up and they're missing leads at night and on weekends because nobody's available to respond. What we need built: An AI chatbot that auto-replies to leads inside Facebook Messenger from their Marketplace listings. The conversations need to feel natural and human. Their current template messages are robotic and people stop responding. The bot needs to collect specific lead information through organic conversation like name, phone, email, requirements, and compliance details. Once collected, the qualified lead data needs to automatically push into a Google Sheet. This needs to run 24/7. Important technical detail. The listings are on a personal Facebook account, not a business page. I'm aware that Meta's Messenger API doesn't support automation on personal profiles. If you've solved this problem before I want to hear exactly how you did it. There are future phases that would be scoped separately including CRM setup, automated text reminders for property showings, and automated showing sheet creation. You must be available during US business hours. You don't need to be US-based but you need solid overlap. In your proposal please include how you'd approach the Facebook Messenger automation on a personal profile, what tools and platforms you'd use, 3-5 examples of similar automations you've built, estimated timeline and cost, and your availability for ongoing automation work.
