Job Description We are seeking a world-class AI Automation Expert to revolutionize our sales department. We own a Large Graphic Printing business, and our goal is to move from manual outreach to a fully autonomous, AI-driven sales engine. We don't just want "tools"; we want a connected ecosystem of AI agents that find leads, nurture them, and close deals with minimal human intervention. The Scope of Work You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents to handle the following: Cold Calling & Voice AI: Implementation of ultra-realistic voice agents (e.g., Air.ai, Retell, or Bland) to handle outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Multi-Channel Outreach: Automated, personalized SMS and Email sequences that adapt based on prospect replies. Social Media & Content: AI-driven social listening to identify prospects and automated posting/engagement strategies. SEO & Lead Gen: Automated programmatic SEO and scraping workflows to feed the sales funnel. Campaign Management: A centralized "Brain" (via Make.com, Zapier, or custom Python scripts) that manages the logic between these agents. CRM Integration: Seamless data flow into our CRM to ensure no lead is dropped. Technical Requirements Proven experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI). Expertise in Workflow Automation (Make.com is preferred). Deep understanding of API integrations and Webhooks. Experience with AI Voice synthesis and low-latency conversational AI. Portfolio of previous "Sales Autopilot" or "AI Agentic Workflow" builds. Our Ideal Candidate You are a strategist who understands the sales funnel as much as the code.
