We are a small electrical motor modification workshop based in Perth, Western Australia. We currently use an Excel-based planning spreadsheet to manage workshop jobs, scheduling, capacity and due dates. We now want to convert this into a simple Power Platform solution (Power Apps + SharePoint + Power Automate + Power BI) to make it more robust, scalable and usable on tablets and workshop TVs. This is a focused 2–3 day sprint build. Existing System We already have: A working Excel planning spreadsheet Job list with hours estimate Customer requested dates Basic capacity logic Manual scheduling process The Power Apps solution should replicate and simplify this process — not redesign the business. We will provide the spreadsheet to the successful freelancer.
