I am an acquisition entrepreneur (ETA) seeking to acquire a service-based business. I need an experienced operator to:
Set up and optimize HubSpot CRM for proprietary deal sourcing
Build and execute a data-driven outreach engine
Identify, research, and contact business owners fitting strict acquisition criteria
Help refine targeting strategy in a consultative manner
This is not a basic VA role. I am looking for someone who has:
Built outbound deal pipelines before
Successfully sourced acquisition targets
Experience with ETA, SMB M&A, or private equity search
Strong understanding of data enrichment and scraping tools
Deep HubSpot automation experience
Cold email and call campaign success metrics
Responsibilities
Build CRM pipeline stages specific to acquisition sourcing
Set up automation workflows in HubSpot
Integrate data tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.)
Source lists of target businesses based on defined buy box
Execute structured outbound outreach (email + LinkedIn + call)
Track KPIs (open rate, reply rate, positive response rate)
Continuously refine targeting and messaging
Provide consultative feedback on strategy
Required Experience
Demonstrated experience sourcing proprietary deals
HubSpot automation & workflow setup (must show examples)
Cold outreach campaigns with measurable results
Experience contacting small business owners
Familiarity with SBA financing environment is a plus
