The goal is to first scale messaging automation, then evolve into structured app development for client messaging services. Phase 1 — UTM Environment Setup Using UTM • Install and configure UTM on macOS • Create optimized macOS or Linux VM • Ensure WhatsApp + Telegram function correctly inside VM • Establish secure, isolated workspace • Document full architecture and configuration We want clean isolation and full observability. Phase 2 — Automation Engine (Open Claw / Clawed Code) • Install Open Claw or Clawed Code inside VM • Connect messaging channels (WhatsApp + Telegram) • Configure safe sending limits • Implement structured logging • Create clear reporting visibility System must be transparent and controllable. Phase 3 — Lead Nurture Infrastructure We have spreadsheets from recent events (phone numbers + Telegram usernames). You will: • Import and segment leads • Build structured follow-up sequences • Integrate relevant Luma event links • Track replies, bookings, confirmations • Maintain clean pipeline tracking Outreach must remain compliant and professional. Phase 4 — Business Outreach Architecture System should support scalable business outreach workflows. Efficiency, compliance, clean tracking. Future Expansion This infrastructure is the foundation.
