Job Title: Zoho CRM/Agency Expert – Build All-in-One CRM for Agency + 5 Clients Project Overview: I am looking for an expert to build and configure a custom CRM for my growing agency. The goal is to have one central system to manage my own sales pipeline and 5 separate client "portals" for social media management, lead tracking, and Google Local presence. Scope of Work: Internal Agency CRM: Set up my Zoho CRM or GoHighLevel instance with custom pipelines for "Agency Leads" and "Active Clients." Client Sub-Accounts: Create separate, secure environments for 5 clients. They must not see each other’s data. Social Media Management: Integrate a Social Planner where I can schedule posts and clients can log in to approve them. Google Local (GBP) Integration: Set up automated review requests and a unified inbox for Google Business Profile messages for all 5 brands. Lead Automation: Build a workflow where social media DMs and lead forms are automatically created as "Leads" in the CRM. Zoho Zoho Preferred Technical Skills: For Zoho: Proficiency in Deluge Scripting, Zoho Social Agency setup, and CRM Portals. For GoHighLevel: Experience with Snapshots, white-labeling, and GHL Social Planner. General: API integration via Zapier or Pabbly Connect.
