We are looking for an experienced developer to build fully automated bots that can complete and submit online forms on different websites. The system should be reliable, easy to monitor, and scalable — we will need multiple bots built over time. What We Need Agent Framework: Preferably using OpenAI’s Agents SDK as the core system. Browser Monitoring: Must show a live browser window (like Playwright) so we can watch the bot complete forms in real time. Webhook Triggers: Each bot must start automatically when triggered by a webhook. Form Submission & Output: After completing a form, the system should generate a PDF version of the submission. CRM Integration: That PDF must be attached and stored inside our CRM platform. Multiple Bots: We will need bots for multiple different websites/forms. Important Notes We will not accept low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pabbly. The system must be fully coded and automated. The environment is MacOS, so everything must work smoothly there. The project must be completed within 7 days.
