We are looking for someone who can get our pipeline running again — and then scale it.
We are VidMa, a B2B marketing agency based in Zurich, specialized in LinkedIn lead generation and video marketing for Swiss SMEs in industry, IT, and finance. Our clients are CEOs and managing directors with CHF 500k–2M in annual revenue — people who are hard to reach and very selective about who they work with.
We have built a proven outreach system. Now we need someone who can bring it fully back online, optimize it, and scale it.
What you’ll do
You are responsible for the entire technical and operational execution of our email outreach campaigns. You build lead lists, maintain and optimize our tech infrastructure, and ensure that qualified conversations consistently flow into the pipeline.
Concretely, this means:
You work with our existing stack of Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Clay, and Instantly. You know these tools, understand how they work together, and can set them up, debug them, and optimize them independently. You segment target audiences, write or iterate sequences, monitor deliverability and open rates, and provide the sales team with warm, qualified leads on a daily basis.
You’re not someone who waits to be told what to do. You see what’s missing — and you fix it.
What you bring
At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B email outreach and lead generation — not theoretical knowledge, but measurable results. You’ve run campaigns, optimized open rates, solved bounce issues, and warmed up domains. You know what a good reply rate looks like and how to achieve it.
Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Clay, and Instantly is mandatory — or at least 3 out of the 4. Candidates with experience in all four will be prioritized.
You are a German speaker (native or fluent). You understand how Swiss B2B decision-makers communicate — factual, no hype, on equal footing.
You work independently, in a structured way, and document your work so others can clearly understand what you’re doing.
