Zoho Voice: Integrating telephony into the CRM to ensure all client and vendor calls are logged, recorded, and tied to specific deal records for 100% traceability. Deluge Scripting: Writing custom functions to handle complex pricing markups and automated PDF quote generation. Essentials: Automated RFQ Engine: An RFQ enters the system and is automatically assigned, tracked, and followed up. Voice Integration: Full setup of Zoho Voice with click-to-dial and automated call activity logging. The "Single Source of Truth": A unified dashboard where the GM can see real-time margins, vendor lead times, and fulfillment statuses.
