We’re Hiring: Fractional Lead Generation Specialist (Part-Time) NuVista AI is hiring a fractional Lead Generation Specialist to support B2B outbound growth. This role is focused on execution, deliverability-aware outreach, and building a qualified pipeline through structured outbound programs. Responsibilities - Plan and execute B2B outbound lead generation campaigns - Work with cold email infrastructure and tools, including inbox warm-up and domain health - Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target account lists - Write and test outbound messaging for email and LinkedIn - Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on response and conversion data - Maintain lead quality standards aligned with NuVista’s enterprise positioning - Collaborate with leadership on pipeline goals and targeting strategy Requirements - Prior experience in B2B lead generation or outbound growth - Hands-on experience with cold email systems and best practices - Ability to work independently and deliver consistently Engagement - Part-time, fractional - Remote
