You'll own the entire paid acquisition engine for a high-growth AI company across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. WHAT YOU'LL OWN ▸ Full paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search + Display + PMax), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads ▸ AI-powered creative generation — spinning up 50-100+ ad variants per week using tools like AdCreative.ai, Madgicx, or equivalent ▸ Automated A/B testing pipelines — structured testing of hooks, angles, formats, audiences with clear kill/scale criteria ▸ Agentic automation workflows — using n8n, Make.com, Zapier AI, or custom agents to connect ad platforms, reporting, CRM, and creative tools into one system ▸ Landing page and funnel alignment — ensuring message match from ad to conversion ▸ Real-time reporting dashboards — automated performance tracking, anomaly detection, spend alerts ▸ Budget allocation optimization — shifting spend dynamically based on performance signals, not monthly reviews ▸ Retargeting and lookalike audience infrastructure across all platforms TOOLS & STACK WE EXPECT YOU TO USE You should already be using (or eager to implement) some combination of: ▸ Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager ▸ AI Creative: AdCreative.ai, Pencil, Icon, or equivalent AI ad generators ▸ Optimization: Madgicx, Revealbot, Smartly.io, or PPC.io AI agents ▸ Automation: n8n, Make.com, Zapier (AI actions), or custom Python scripts ▸ Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, or custom dashboards ▸ Tracking: GTM, server-side tagging, conversion API (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM A NORMAL MEDIA BUYER ▸ You don't manually create 5 ads a week — you use AI to generate 50+ variants and let data pick the winners ▸ You don't wait for weekly reports — you've built automated alerts and dashboards that flag issues in real-time ▸ You don't optimize by gut — you've set up rules, automations, and AI agents that handle bid adjustments, budget shifts, and creative rotation ▸ You think in systems, not campaigns — every workflow is designed to compound and improve over time ▸ You treat creative as the #1 lever — more angles tested faster = faster learning = better results IDEAL BACKGROUND ▸ 3-5+ years managing paid media across Meta + Google minimum, LinkedIn and TikTok preferred ▸ Proven experience using AI tools for creative generation and campaign optimization ▸ Built automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts ▸ Experience in fintech, AI/tech, or B2B SaaS — you understand institutional and professional audiences ▸ Comfortable managing $100k+/month in ad spend across multiple platforms ▸ Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and measurement (not just CTR and CPC) ▸ Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership ads, document ads, or conversation ads for B2B WEEKLY DELIVERABLES ▸ 50+ new creative variants tested across platforms ▸ Automated performance report with winning/losing creative analysis ▸ Budget reallocation recommendations (or automated rules handling this) ▸ New audience tests launched and evaluated ▸ Landing page / funnel optimization recommendations based on post-click data ▸ Creative brief for next week's angles based on learnings ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE Contract basis, remote. 20-40 hours/week depending on scope.
