HubSpot Growth & Automation Specialist – Marketplace Platform Hourly | Ongoing We're a fast-growing art market platform with SMB tools for creators looking for a HubSpot-savvy growth operator to help us build and ship onboarding flows, lifecycle email sequences, and growth experiments. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be working directly with our CEO to implement strategy. We move fast and need someone who can turn a growth brief into a live workflow quickly. What you'll be doing: - Implement onboarding email sequences and automation flows in HubSpot (workflows, lists, enrollment triggers, branching logic) - Code custom HTML emails that look polished and render well across clients - Help prototype and ship growth loop experiments across our multi-stakeholder marketplace (galleries, artists, collectors, art fairs) - Build and maintain lifecycle nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and activation triggers - Support reporting on experiment performance and funnel metrics within HubSpot You're a great fit if you: - Are a HubSpot power user — workflows, sequences, custom properties, lifecycle stages, you know it cold - Can hand-code responsive HTML emails (not just drag-and-drop) - Understand how growth loops and network effects work on multi-sided platforms - Are comfortable with fast iteration — shipping v1, measuring, and improving - Are detail-oriented and can self-manage execution against a clear brief - Bonus: experience with marketplace or platform businesses About us: Cohart is the operating system for the art market — powering payments, discovery, and commerce for galleries, artists, collectors, and art fairs worldwide.
