Title: SmartAdvocate Setup Specialist Needed – Short-Term Project for Small Law Firm Job Description: We are a small plaintiff-side law firm seeking an experienced SmartAdvocate consultant to assist with a short-term setup and optimization project. We are newly implementing SmartAdvocate and need help optimizing and configuring. We’re looking for someone who has direct, hands-on experience setting up SmartAdvocate for law firms and understands best practices for case management workflows. Scope of Work: Initial SmartAdvocate system setup and configuration Customizing workflows, templates, and task automation Setting up user roles and permissions Importing and organizing existing case data (if needed) Creating standard reports and dashboards Integrating email and other essential tools Advising on best practices for efficiency and automation Providing brief training sessions for staff Ideal Candidate: Proven experience implementing SmartAdvocate for law firms Strong understanding of legal case management workflows Experience with data migration and system customization Ability to provide strategic guidance, not just technical setup Clear communicator who can explain processes to non-technical staff Available for short-term, project-based work Project Timeline: Short-term engagement (estimated X–X weeks).
