We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy within the wellness space. This is not simply a content scheduling role. We require someone who understands digital content ecosystems and can strategically transform long-form educational content into high-performing, multi-platform assets that build authority, nurture leads and drive bookings. You will work closely with the Business Director to maintain brand consistency, strengthen online visibility and ensure all marketing systems, automations and campaigns are functioning effectively and cohesively. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, structured systems and measurable growth. Clear expectations and deliverables You will be responsible for: - Repurposing long-form video or written content into blogs, social posts, reels, emails and LinkedIn articles - Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google My Business - Creating and optimising SEO blog content - Supporting email marketing campaigns and automation sequences - Monitoring performance metrics across social media and email - Ensuring funnels and automations are functioning correctly - Contributing ideas to improve reach, engagement and conversions You will be expected to work independently, meet agreed deadlines and provide regular performance updates. Required skills and experience - Proven experience in social media marketing and content management - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn - Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms - Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals - Experience with MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms - Experience using Squarespace - Strong written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently - Confidence analysing performance data and making strategic adjustments - Confidence prompting Chat GPT to complete tasks accurately without losing the authenticity of written content We are looking for someone systems-oriented, detail-driven and genuinely interested in working within the wellness industry.
