Job Description: Systems Architect & Automation Specialist (Production Recovery) Role Overview We are seeking a Systems Architect & Automation Specialist to stabilize, rescue, and scale our business-critical production systems. This role is not just about writing code; it’s about taking ownership of the technical operations and ensuring our API integrations and automated workflows are resilient, compliant, and built for high-volume growth. Key Responsibilities System Rescue & Stabilization: Diagnose and fix root causes in failing Zapier setups, Airtable automations, and Shopify workflows. Infrastructure Architecture: Redesign existing backend architectures to improve reliability and long-term maintainability. Compliance & Delivery: Manage Twilio SMS (10DLC) delivery and compliance to prevent communication failures. Revenue Automation: Build and optimize post-purchase flows, upsell systems, and ACH payment integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce. Monitoring & Recovery: Implement robust logging and error recovery protocols for all third-party API integrations. Strategic Auditing: Conduct technical audits to identify failure points and risks before initiating major rebuilds. Required Qualifications Experience: with an experience in Backend Development and API Integration. Platform Expertise: Automation: Advanced Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom scripts. Database/CRM: Airtable (large-scale record management), Zoho, or Google Sheets. Messaging: Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS compliance. Technical Mindset: Ability to think beyond the immediate fix to ensure systems scale under heavy load. Preferred Skills Experience with WhatsApp Aftersales Chatbots. Deep understanding of ACH/Shopify Checkout payment logic. Proven track record of managing lifecycle systems for high-growth brands.
