We are a Saudi-based B2B mental wellbeing platform seeking an experienced LinkedIn outbound automation specialist to build a scalable LinkedIn + email lead generation system. This is NOT a spam campaign role. We are building a structured outbound engine targeting HR Directors, SMEs, and enterprise leaders. Scope: • Set up LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeting structure • Design outbound messaging sequences (connection → follow-up → meeting booking) • Implement safe automation setup • Integrate CRM tracking (HubSpot / Pipedrive / etc.) • Implement AB testing structure • Build reporting dashboard • Provide SOP documentation • Train internal team for handover Requirements: • 3+ years B2B outbound experience • Proven LinkedIn automation setup • Experience with tools (Heyreach, Aimfox, Meet Alfred, Expandi, etc.) • Understanding of LinkedIn compliance & account safety • Strong B2B messaging strategy Please include: Screenshots of past campaign metrics Tools used Reply rate achieved Meeting rate achieved Industries worked with
