We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and the team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling calls, and creating team schedules. For this role, you will be working closely with Julia and need to pay huge attention to detail. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities Respond to emails and all new inquiries Schedule calls Create team schedule Calendar management Managing current projects/events Customer support and follow-up to make sure we deliver the best client experience Sending invoices and contracts to the clients Arranging for the wedding/event Research, marketing, and email campaigns Creating Canva Graphics Requirements and skills: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Familiarity or previous experience working with Honeybook or similar CRM systems is a huge plus! Familiarity with Marketing, automation, and MailChimp HUGE attention to detail, this is SUPER important Be able and available to work in working hours 9-5 pm EST time zone (this position is a part time- 4 hours a day, preferably 10-2pm EST, but flexible). Open for communication through WhatsApp and Slack. Excellent time management skills Experience in the Wedding/Makeup/Photography/Fashion industry in the US Tech Savvy Design Skills Fluent in English Openness to communicate on weekends when needed (rarely).
