We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to complete a full CRM build for First Nations Clinic, a precision medicine practice operating under tribal jurisdiction in Tennessee. The entire system has already been designed, documented, and planned. You are not being hired to figure out what to build. You are being hired to build it. A comprehensive setup guide covering every section of the system has been prepared and will be provided on day one. Your job is to follow it precisely and flag anything that needs clarification. WHAT NEEDS TO BE BUILT Pipeline: 9 stage patient journey pipeline with correct stage names, descriptions, and opportunity settings. Workflows: 12 total workflows covering two separate entry points (direct inquiry and lead magnet), a 3 touch SMS outreach sequence, free consultation confirmations and reminders, physician consultation flow with external payment link integration, follow up nurture sequences, and internal task automations with push notifications. Email sequences: 3 direct inquiry emails, 7 lead magnet nurture emails compressed to a 12 day send schedule, and 2 follow up emails. All copy is written and ready to load. SMS automations: All SMS messages written and ready. Must be linked to correct workflows with correct timing. Calendars: Two calendars configured. One free consultation calendar and one paid physician consultation calendar with specific duration, buffer, and confirmation settings. Forms: One contact intake form with TCPA SMS consent checkbox and post-submission redirect to calendar booking page. One lead magnet opt-in form with two fields only. Lead magnet funnel: Simple landing page built inside GHL Sites linked to the lead magnet opt-in form. Tags: 15 tags created and mapped to correct automation triggers. Custom fields: 7 contact level custom fields including one URL field for an external payment link used inside automations. Custom values: One custom value storing an external Maverick payment processor link for use inside workflow messages. Conversations: 5 saved reply templates loaded into the Conversations inbox. Dashboard: Reporting widgets configured per specification. Email sending domain: Dedicated sending subdomain already partially set up at mg.firstnationsclinic.com. DNS records are being added by our team. You will need to verify and apply the domain once records propagate. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED This is a build only role. You are not responsible for writing copy, designing strategy, or making decisions about the system. All of that is done. You are also not responsible for A2P SMS registration, which is being handled separately, or EMR integration, which is a future project. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven GoHighLevel experience with workflow automation, not just basic setup. Experience with multi step nurture sequences and conditional enrollment logic. Ability to work from a detailed written spec without hand-holding. Healthcare or medical clinic experience is a plus but not required. Availability to complete the build within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the documentation. Optional: A short Loom video or written walkthrough of a similar GHL build you have completed.
