Mythos Paddles – 60-Day Ecommerce Launch Plan
Objective:
Work on my newly created website via Shopify template. Deliver a fully operational, conversion-optimized ecommerce website that reflects the Mythos premium brand identity and is ready for public launch within 60 days.
1. Coming Soon Page (Phase 1) Day 1-20 or sooner. MILESTONE 1
Launch immediately to begin email collection.
Requirements:
Logo + short brand statement (I will provide)
Email capture form (connected to email platform)

Countdown (we'll discuss more of this)

2. Brand Implementation
Apply finalized brand guidelines sitewide:
Approved typography system (clear hierarchy: H1, H2, body)
Official color palette (buttons, accents, backgrounds)
Premium-minimal, dark athletic aesthetic
Consistent spacing, alignment, and button styling
Remove all template inconsistencies
Outcome: Fully branded, cohesive, luxury presentation.
3. Ecommerce Functionality (Operational Readiness) - most of these are already done

Outcome: Store fully functional and compliant.
4. Product & Homepage Build Day 21-40 or sooner. MILESTONE 2

Reviews module enabled
Trust elements (secure checkout, shipping info)
