I own a business that picks up, tests and reports readings of 100mL vials of water. The vials are picked up by a Technician onsite and pH and Chlorine levels are tested and logged. The vials are then brought to a laboratory to test for SPC and Total Coliform. Once SPC and Total Coliform results are tests and logged by the Lab, the results need to be approved by a Lab Manager, added to a .pdf and sent to the Customer. I would like to build an app to streamline my processes. I would like there to be 5 different login levels. The first for the Technician picking up the samples and logging onsite (preferably on a mobile app with some sort of GPS location). The second for the Lab Tech adding the results for SPC and Total Coliform. The third would be for the Lab Manager to approve and distribute the results. The fourth for Administration adding Customers, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable, etc.. . The final login level would be for viewing all reports associated with that customer.
