The Opportunity We are looking for a Cold Outreach Architect to own the outreach engine for The Genius Incubator. Our founder has 23 years of experience advising IPO founders and billionaires, with a podcast reached by 4 million downloads. We have a database of 50,000 founders and we are looking for a partner to "switch on the machine," sort the leads, and drive them into our funnel. The "No-Risk" Hook We connect founders to aligned family offices and private capital with zero upfront fees and no retainers. We only win when they get funded. Your role is to present this "no-brainer" solution to founders doing $250k to $3M in revenue who are struggling to land capital. The Mission: Sorting & Funneling You will use cold email to sort founders into two paths: The Funding Funnel: For founders ready to be match-made with capital. The Genius Club: For founders who aren't ready yet, where they get mentored by a team including a $100M software founder, a Hedge Fund manager, and our founder. Responsibilities Cold Outreach: Own the end-to-end outbound strategy to drive "Funding Alignment Calls. and funnel Data Scraping (Benefit): While we have a 50k list, the ability to scrape new, targeted founder data is a major advantage. Promotion Path: If you perform, you will be promoted to Rabbit Capital (RC) to work on high-level private equity and family office developments. Compensation This is a performance-based partnership. You get a percentage of all deals and enrollments from your outreach. We don't do retainers; we reward results. Vetting Questions The "No-Risk" Hook: How would you frame a "No Retainer" offer in a cold email to a founder who is tired of being burned by agencies? The Sorting Logic: How do you structure an email sequence to identify who is ready for funding vs. who needs the Genius Club mentorship? Technical Scale: How do you maintain high deliverability while running cold outreach to a 50,000-contact list?
