We are an artificial intelligence and automation agency helping companies automate operations, qualify leads, and scale using AI agents. We are looking for a highly capable full-cycle salesperson who can own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing. This is not a lead-taking role. You must be comfortable generating your own opportunities and closing deals. Our services include: • AI agents for WhatsApp, voice, and web • Automation of business workflows • Custom AI software and integrations • Lead qualification and sales automation systems Target clients include real estate companies, agencies, and service businesses in the US, Europe, and LATAM. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: • Prospecting and identifying potential clients (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, etc.) • Initiating outreach and starting conversations • Qualifying leads • Running discovery calls • Presenting solutions • Handling objections • Closing deals • Maintaining pipeline visibility We will provide: • Clear offer and positioning • Sales materials and demos • Support on technical questions • Commission on closed deals Compensation includes: • Commission per closed deal • Potential monthly retainer after initial results • Long-term opportunity to become Head of Sales Deal sizes typically range from $1,000 to $10,000+.
