GTM Engineer / Outbound & Pipeline Builder (B2B SaaS – AI) We are a fast-growing B2B AI SaaS company looking for a hands-on GTM engineer to build and run outbound. This is not a VA role. This is not “send 1,000 emails and hope.” Your job is to generate qualified sales meetings with our ideal customers. We sell enterprise-grade AI support agents to mid-market and enterprise companies. The product is live, customers are paying, and inbound exists. Now we want to systematically build outbound as a second growth engine. Scope of Work You will: • Define and refine ICP segments • Build targeted lead lists using Clay + enrichment tools • Identify buying signals and high-intent triggers • Write and test cold email sequences • Run LinkedIn outbound (manual or automation) • A/B test angles, offers, positioning • Book qualified meetings into Calendly • Track pipeline cleanly inside Pipedrive (or similar CRM) • Continuously optimize based on reply and meeting rates You will own execution end-to-end. What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days) • Clear ICP targeting framework • Clean outbound infrastructure • Consistent qualified B2B meetings booked • Documented learnings and iteration plan We care about: Meeting quality. Required Experience • 3+ years B2B SaaS outbound experience • Proven track record booking mid-market or enterprise meetings • Strong copywriting for cold email • Experience with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn outbound tools • Understands deliverability and domain protection • Thinks in experiments and systems Bonus if you: • Have worked in AI / technical SaaS • Have built outbound from zero
