We are a fast-growing industrial supply and e-commerce company seeking results-driven B2B Sales Executives to join our team. Our business spans across manufacturing, construction, aerospace, defense, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities, transportation, logistics, machinery, equipment, metal fabrication, welding, electronics, textiles, automotive, mining, and packaging industries.
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Manage a structured inside sales process with 100–200 calls daily to prospects and clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial sector clients.
- Adapt quickly to changes, follow best practices, and deliver results under deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inbound and outbound sales experience, with a history of carrying and exceeding quota.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling as part of a structured inside sales process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, meet quotas, and hit deadlines.
- Experience in the industrial sector/businesses is required (manufacturing, construction, aerospace, defense, chemicals, energy, logistics, etc.).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in international sales or cross-border B2B transactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Remote work experience with proven ability to manage time and productivity independently.
