We are hiring an experienced automation specialist to build a scalable social posting automation system using n8n and GoHighLevel Social Planner. The system will automate content scheduling and publishing for our own social accounts using n8n for workflow logic and GoHighLevel Social Planner for scheduling and publishing. We want this built as a clean and organized system that can grow over time as we add more brands, locations, and accounts. Project Scope Build an n8n workflow that runs on a schedule Connect n8n to the GoHighLevel Social Planner API Fetch connected social accounts from GoHighLevel Map content to the correct social accounts Create scheduled posts in GoHighLevel using API calls Add error handling, retries, and logging Ensure reliable timezone handling Structure the workflow so it is easy to scale for more accounts in the future Provide clear documentation for handoff Key Requirements The system must be: Scalable Easy to expand for more brands, locations, and social accounts Explainable Clear node naming, organized workflow structure, and documentation that another team member can follow Modular Reusable logic for account mapping, scheduling, posting, and error handling Current Stack n8n GoHighLevel GoHighLevel Social Planner Content source may be Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or an internal content list What We Need From You Strong n8n experience Strong REST API experience Experience with GoHighLevel APIs Experience with Bearer token authentication and JSON payload mapping Experience building production ready automations with logging and retries Strong documentation and workflow organization skills Nice to Have Experience with GoHighLevel Social Planner specifically Experience with multi brand or multi account social posting systems Experience with self hosted n8n on a VPS Experience with Slack or email alerts for failed runs Deliverables Fully working n8n workflow GoHighLevel Social Planner API integration Account mapping and post scheduling logic Error handling and retry logic Logging and failure alert setup Clean workflow structure with clear naming Documentation that explains how to add: A new social account A new brand or location A new content source New posting rules Exported n8n workflow JSON
