Overview We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel technical specialist to serve as a Human-in-the-Loop implementation partner. We already use AI tools (including API-driven automation) to build workflows, generate logic, and create automation structures. We need an expert who can: • Review and validate automation logic • QA workflows before publishing • Troubleshoot triggers, webhooks, and integrations • Optimize performance and attribution • Ensure clean implementation and documentation This is not a funnel designer role. This is a technical automation and QA position. Responsibilities • Review GHL workflows created via API or internal builder • Test triggers, conditions, and branching logic • Validate custom fields, pipelines, and CRM structure • Debug webhook and third-party integrations • Optimize deliverability (email/SMS compliance) • Confirm SaaS Mode configuration (if applicable) • Audit snapshots before deployment • Document changes and recommend improvements • Create rollback or safety protocols before changes Required Experience • 2+ years working with GoHighLevel • Experience with GHL API and webhooks • Strong automation logic and conditional workflow experience • Familiarity with SaaS mode and snapshot structures • Experience integrating Stripe, Twilio, Zapier, or similar • Ability to troubleshoot CRM attribution and pipeline issues • Strong documentation skills Nice to Have • Experience working alongside AI-generated workflows • Systems architecture background • Experience supporting agencies or SaaS models • Understanding of deliverability best practices Engagement Structure Initial scope: • 10–15 hours/month (retainer model preferred) • Occasional sprint-based audits • Flexible structure for the right candidate This may grow into a longer-term partnership.
