Our debt collections firm is seeking to automate different workflows that currently require several clicks and manual steps to complete one task of a process. Given that we have different applications that were developed trying to minimize and automate certain processes that had to be adapted to the current systems we use. These systems include a Collections software (SQL based CLS from https://vertican.com/), our website with a payments portal supported by https://www.paymentvision.com. We have a couple of in house developed applications that could be optimized for better and easier use, or overall automation that would skip any manual interaction with them to achieve their ultimate objective of data entry or data reporting. Given that we have several different processes we are seeking to automate, I need to understand how long either would take you to then prioritize where to begin so we can start implementing some innovation through automation in this firm.
