We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, specifically for advanced reporting and Power BI dashboard creation. This is not a daily bookkeeping role. We already have operational bookkeeping support in place. The primary objective of this role is to build structured reports, management dashboards, and analytical insights directly from Business Central data. Scope of Work: • Create advanced financial and operational reports from Business Central • Develop Power BI dashboards connected to Dynamics 365 / Business Central • Build custom KPIs and performance reports • Perform data modeling and structured reporting • Reconcile and validate data between ledger, sub-ledger, and reports • Automate reporting wherever possible • Provide management-level analytical insights Requirements: • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central • Strong Power BI expertise including data modeling and dashboard design • Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting structure • Experience handling raw data extraction and transformation • Ability to work independently and suggest reporting improvements
