I run a cold-pressed juice and plant-based food production business. I need a simple, permanent Google Sheets system that calculates my true cost per bottle and weekly profit.
This is NOT bookkeeping. This is a production costing dashboard.
The sheet must be extremely easy to use — I am not technical.
Each week I want to enter:
• Total ingredient cost from receipts
• Number of bottles produced
• Labor hours and hourly rate
• Packaging cost per bottle (bottle, cap, label, seal, box share)
• Delivery cost for that batch
• Selling price per bottle
The sheet must automatically calculate:

I also want a summary dashboard showing:
• Total bottles produced per week
• Total revenue
• Total costs
• Net profit
• Average cost per bottle
