Job Description
Drizzla is a Data & AI products and services company. We specialize in enterprise implementations for Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data & AI, serving the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South African markets.
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to define a holistic, end-to-end marketing strategy. We don't just sell tools; we offer an "Outcome-as-a-Service" model where we commit to specific business KPIs like increased revenue/profits, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
A critical component of this role is future-proofing our visibility. We need a dual-track organic strategy: traditional SEO to dominate search rankings for enterprise data terms, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure Drizzla is the cited authority when CIOs/CTOs or business personas query AI-driven platforms like Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
Scope of Work
1. Holistic 1-Year Playbook: A comprehensive digital and offline marketing strategy covering brand positioning, content authority, and lead capture.
2. 90-Day High-Impact Action Plan: Immediate "quick wins" to build momentum in the KSA and UAE markets.
3. Cross-Sell Playbook: Specific strategies to expand within our focus industries: Banking (FSI), Retail, Manufacturing, and Real Estate.
4. SEO & AEO Strategy Definition:
o SEO: Technical and on-page strategy for high-intent keywords (e.g., "Snowflake migration KSA," "Databricks MLOps UAE").
o AEO: Creating structured data and "canonical" expert content to ensure Drizzla is pulled as a primary source by LLMs and AI answer engines.
5. Partner Marketing Alignment: Strategies to leverage our partnerships with Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks.

Phase 3: Search/AI SEO & AEO Framework Targeted keyword maps (SEO) and a structured content "knowledge base" strategy for AI engines (AEO).
Phase 4: Execution 90-Day Action Plan Granular weekly tasks for LinkedIn ABM, regional events, and technical webinars.
Phase 5: Expansion Industry Cross-Sell Playbook Land and expand plan to cross sell our products and services offerings. Custom messaging and campaign kits for FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and Real Estate.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven B2B Tech Experience: Deep experience in the Data/Cloud/AI sector (ideally familiar with the Snowflake/Databricks ecosystem).
• AEO Mastery: Understanding of how to optimize content for LLM ingestion (Schema markup, concise data points, and authority signals).
• Regional Expertise: Understanding of the GCC (UAE and Saudi Arabian) business culture and LinkedIn landscape.
• Strategic Depth: Ability to explain complex technical accelerators in terms of business value.
• Case Study Portfolios: Must show a previous "1-year playbook" or similar strategic document created for an enterprise service provider.
