Tasks: - WATI (WhatsApp Cloud API) automation for lead capture, replies & follow-ups - Email automation: consolidate, read, analyze, and auto-reply based on our data & guidelines - Omni-channel automation: automated replies for WhatsApp (WATI), Emails, and Call conversations (using Sarvam AI or similar) - Lead pipeline automation: lead tracking, tagging & movement (CRM / Sheets / dashboard) - AI chatbot for Shopify website: product queries, lead qualification & handoff Requirements: - Experience with WATI / WhatsApp Cloud API - Automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs) - AI chatbot & conversational AI experience (Shopify preferred) Goal is to reduce manual work and centralize all leads into one smart AI system.
