We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert to help us build and scale paid digital and social media advertising from the ground up, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and sustainable growth. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, developing a clear testing roadmap (creatives, audiences, offers), optimizing funnels for subscriptions and repeat purchases, and translating data into actionable insights. Prior experience growing subscription-based or lifestyle brands is essential, as you’ll bring a strong understanding of LTV, retention, and how to turn everyday moments into high-performing, brand-aligned campaigns.
