Job Title: GIS/Photogrammetry Expert: Building Footprint Extraction & LoD3 Modeling (Pilot) Job Description: We are looking for a Geospatial Data Engineer/GIS Specialist to help us develop a high-efficiency pipeline for creating 3D Models for GIS. For input, RTK-corrected drone data (Orthomosaic, DSM, and Point Clouds) will be provided for approx 1km test corridor. more data can be provided Your goal is to demonstrate a workflow that extracts building footprints and converts them into LoD3 models with a focus on automation and scalability. Scope of Work: • Feature Extraction: Generate precise building footprints from provided Orthomosaics. • 3D Modeling (LoD3): Use Point Cloud/DSM data to generate 3D building models. • 3D Model with Photorealistic Textures • Scalability Blueprint: Provide a workflow chart (and any scripts/code used) that allows us to replicate this process over a much larger project area. • Compatibility: Deliverables should be ready for web-hosting on a CesiumJS-based platform (3D Tiles/glTF). Our Tech Stack/Assets: • Input: RTK-corrected Orthomosaic, DSM, and Point Cloud (.LAS). • Preferences: We favor Open-Source tools Deliverables: 1. Cleaned Building Footprints (GeoJSON and SHP). 2.
