1. Zoho System Implementation & Configuration: - Implement and configure Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Cliq, and related modules - Structure modules, pipelines, fields, layouts, and records aligned with business workflows - Establish clear naming conventions, data hierarchy, and system organization standards - Configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls 2. Workflow Automation & Process Design - Design and implement automation workflows across departments (sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations) - Configure workflow rules, blueprints, assignment rules, validation rules, and approval processes - Automate lead lifecycle, deal progression, onboarding, task assignment, and internal processes - Reduce manual work through automation and system-driven process management 3. Integration & Data Synchronization - Integrate Zoho apps with each other and external systems such as website forms, email, and marketing channels - Ensure proper data flow and synchronization between CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, Finance, and HR modules - Configure tracking mechanisms and attribution structures where required 4. Analytics & Reporting - Set up dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics - Create reporting structures for sales performance, marketing performance, operational tracking, and management visibility - Ensure leadership has clear, real-time visibility into key business metrics 5. System Optimization & Maintenance - Audit existing Zoho setup and identify structural or operational gaps - Optimize workflows, automation, and system efficiency - Ensure system scalability as the company grows - Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing improvements - Deliverables & Outcomes Expected - Fully structured and organized Zoho ecosystem aligned with business workflows - Automated workflows reducing manual intervention - Clear dashboards and reporting infrastructure - Seamless integration across CRM, marketing, finance, HR, and operations - Scalable system architecture supporting long-term growth - Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience implementing and configuring Zoho ecosystem tools, especially: Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho SalesIQ and Cliq - Strong experience in workflow automation and process design - Experience with Zoho integrations and system architecture - Ability to translate business processes into structured system implementation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
