We are a Sydney-based cleaning business transitioning from GoHighLevel CRM to Booking Koala due to cost and scalability reasons. We have already purchased the Booking Koala subscription. What we need now is a highly experienced Booking Koala specialist who has hands-on experience setting up Booking Koala for cleaning businesses. This is not a beginner role. If you have not configured Booking Koala end-to-end before, do not apply. Scope of Work You will be responsible for a complete Booking Koala setup, including but not limited to: 1. Booking Koala Core Setup Full configuration of Booking Koala for a cleaning business Admin settings, services, job flows, notifications 2. Online Booking System (Website Integration) Customers must be able to: Select service type Choose number of bedrooms and bathrooms Instantly see pricing Book online in under 60 seconds Flow and UX should be comparable to: callthecleaners.com.au exitcleaners.com.au (These are reference examples only. Pricing and structure will be provided.) 3. Service & Pricing Configuration Set up custom pricing rules for: End of Lease Cleaning Move-In Cleaning General / House Cleaning Commercial Cleaning Pricing varies by: Bedrooms Bathrooms Service type Add-ons We will provide: Full pricing matrix Service rules Login credentials 4. Payments & Promotions Payment gateway integration Deposits / full payment logic Promo codes and discounts Tax/GST setup if required 5.
