We are seeking an experienced backend developer to build a financial reporting integration system connecting the Request Tracker API and the CINC property management API to a PostgreSQL backend built on SwivelKit architecture. This project will ingest API data and downloadable monthly financial statements, normalize the data, and generate accurate HOA board-level financial reports. The system must implement deterministic validation rules and multi-AI cross-verification to prevent errors during statement ingestion and report generation. Financial accuracy, reconciliation logic, and audit traceability are critical requirements.
