š Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team. You must be fluent in Spanish (required) and have hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns connected to a CRM ecosystem.
šÆ Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns focused on hotel bookings and brand awareness
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) ā including goals, funnels, and conversion tracking
Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags, triggers, and variables for accurate tracking
Connect marketing campaigns and lead data to Zoho CRM ā managing pipelines, automations, and workflows
Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and ROI
Coordinate with the web team for landing page optimization and tracking implementation
Manage remarketing audiences and custom conversions across Meta and Google platforms
Segment leads and contacts within Zoho CRM based on campaign source, behavior, and stage in the funnel

Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker (required) ā English is a plus
2+ years running Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, ideally for hotels or tourism brands
Solid experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Demonstrated experience integrating marketing channels with Zoho CRM
Understanding of the hotel sales funnel (direct bookings, OTA strategy, seasonality)
Ability to set up UTM parameters and attribution models correctly
Experience with email marketing tools connected to Zoho (Zoho Campaigns or similar)
Strong analytical mindset ā you work with data, not just gut feeling
ā Nice to Have:
Experience with Zoho Marketing Automation or Zoho SalesIQ
Knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Display)
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Looker Studio, or similar
Experience working with boutique or luxury hotel brands
