I'm looking to migrate my customer service and inbound sales to GoHighLevel (currently using Trengo) and also create, install and train an AI agent to slowly replace my sales and support team (today around 50 people). We currently get messages on IG, TikTok, FB Messenger and email, we first categorize if the person is a student or lead, then we decide whether we call them or text to help or close, but I know an AI could do this a lot better, faster and cheaper if installed correctly and trained effectively on data we already have.
