We are a growing residential cleaning company in West Michigan (CoreVantage Cleaning) and need an experienced BookingKoala specialist to rebuild our pricing logic and booking flow from scratch. This project is BookingKoala configuration only. No automation work. No Zapier/Make. No external integrations beyond native Stripe. We already have a detailed Google Sheet outlining: • Square footage bands • Bedroom & bathroom pricing • Service multipliers (Standard, Deep, Move In/Out, Post-Construction, etc.) • Frequency discounts • First-time visit logic • Add-ons structure • Implementation notes mapped to BookingKoala Your job is to implement this cleanly and correctly inside BookingKoala. Scope of Work ✅ Rebuild pricing structure based on provided spreadsheet ✅ Configure services as separate root services (no forced add-ons) ✅ Set up multipliers and conditional logic properly ✅ Configure frequency discounts within BK ✅ Set up optional add-ons correctly (no pricing conflicts) ✅ Ensure clean, simple, competitor-style booking flow ✅ Perform full end-to-end test bookings ✅ Provide a short walkthrough of final configuration Important This role is strictly for BookingKoala setup and configuration. Automations (Airtable, Make, backend workflows) are handled separately and are not part of this scope. Requirements • Proven experience configuring BookingKoala • Ability to implement structured pricing logic • Clear communication • Ability to follow documented specs • Must provide examples of previous BK work UI / Booking Flow Target (Reference Provided): We have a reference booking form from another cleaning company that we want our BookingKoala flow to mirror very closely. The goal is a clean, simple, user-friendly experience with minimal steps. Pricing logic will be our own, but the layout and user journey should follow the reference as closely as BookingKoala allows. We will share the reference link/screen recording after we shortlist candidates. Deliverable expectation: Recreate the same step order, field layout, and option structure in BookingKoala, then connect our pricing logic and test end-to-end. Timeline: Looking to complete within 1-2 weeks. Budget: Open to fixed-price proposals. Quality and accuracy are more important than lowest cost.
