This is not just list building. We want a strategic automation engine that generates qualified demo bookings consistently. Scope of Work - Define and refine Ideal Merchant Profile (ICP) - Set up automated lead sourcing (Apollo, Clay, etc.) - Data enrichment workflows - AI-personalized cold email sequences - CRM automation (HubSpot or similar) - Email domain setup + deliverability optimization - Lead scoring system - Automated booking integration (Calendly) - Reporting dashboard for performance tracking Goal: - Build a mostly automated outbound machine that generates qualified merchant onboarding calls.
