We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to clean, structure, and import contacts and opportunities into our GHL account. This is not basic data entry. We need someone who understands: • Pipeline architecture • Opportunity mapping • Tag strategy • Custom fields • Duplicate prevention • Reporting structure inside GHL You will: • Clean and standardise CSV contact data • Import contacts into GoHighLevel properly • Map opportunities into correct pipelines and stages • Create new custom fields where required • Design and implement a clean tag system • Prevent duplicate contacts • Test small batch imports before full upload • Ensure opportunities are attached to correct contacts • Structure data for clean future reporting Required Experience • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel • Experience importing large CSV files into GHL • Experience building pipelines inside GHL • Experience setting up custom fields • Understanding of automation triggers inside GHL • High attention to detail If you do not have real GoHighLevel experience, do not apply.
