We are looking for a highly experienced automation and system architect to help us clean up, optimize, and scale our current infrastructure. We already have multiple workflows running in Make.com connected to Airtable (our CRM) and email system. The foundations are in place, but the system needs polishing, restructuring, and proper long-term architecture. In addition, we will be building a customer-facing interface where clients can securely access and view their data stored in Airtable. The final frontend platform (Softr, Pory, or Stacker) is not yet decided and should be advised based on scalability, permissions, UX, and long-term maintainability. ⸻ Scope of Work Automation & System Architecture: • Audit existing Make.com scenarios • Audit existing Airtable CRM setup • Clean up logic and improve structure • Implement proper error handling and logging • Reduce unnecessary operations and improve efficiency • Standardize naming conventions and documentation • Ensure scalability and long-term maintainability • Build additional automations as required • Provide ongoing maintenance and support Client Interface / Portal: • Architect secure client data access from Airtable • Advise on best frontend platform (Softr vs Pory vs Stacker) • Implement user authentication and permission structure • Design clean, intuitive client dashboard • Ensure data security and scalability ⸻ Current Stack: • Make.com • Airtable • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) • MailerLite • Missive (Planned) • Softr (Potentially) • Pory (Potentially) • Stacker (Potentially) • Webhooks / APIs • GPT / AI integrations (basic level, expanding) ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of advanced Make.com (Integromat) experience • Strong Airtable architecture skills • Experience building Airtable-powered client portals • Experience with Softr / Pory / Stacker (multiple preferred) • Ability to think in systems • Clean documentation and structured mindset • Fluent English Bonus: • Experience building multi-stage lifecycle CRM or application-based system in Airtable connected to Make.com and email automation • Experience designing scalable internal operations systems • Experience integrating AI into workflows ⸻ We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can take ownership of our automation ecosystem and help us build a clean, scalable system.
