We’re looking for a highly skilled N8N expert to design and build complex, production-grade automation workflows. This is not a basic Zapier-style task. We need someone who can architect robust systems, connect multiple APIs, write custom code where required, and integrate AI models into real business workflows. What You’ll Be Doing: Design and build advanced N8N workflows from scratch Connect and orchestrate multiple APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth, custom auth, etc.) Write custom JavaScript code inside N8N nodes when needed Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into workflows Handle data transformation, branching logic, retries, and error handling Set up logging, monitoring, and scalable workflow structures Work with GTM tools (CRM, enrichment, outbound, analytics, etc.) Optimize workflows for reliability and performance Example Use Cases: AI-powered lead enrichment and qualification Automated outbound personalization workflows Multi-step data sync between CRM + internal DB + external tools AI-driven content generation and routing systems Internal ops automations with complex logic trees Requirements: Deep experience with N8N (not just basic automations) Strong understanding of APIs (REST, auth flows, rate limits, pagination) Ability to write clean JavaScript within N8N function nodes Experience integrating AI APIs into production workflows Understanding of GTM systems (Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, etc.) Ability to think architecturally, not just tactically Nice to Have: Experience deploying N8N (self-hosted, Docker, scaling) Database experience (Postgres, Supabase, etc.) Webhook-based system design Prior experience building AI-native automations Engagement Details: Project-based to start (with potential for ongoing work) Clear scope and milestones Fast decision-making and direct collaboration When applying, please include: Examples of complex N8N workflows you’ve built APIs and AI models you’ve integrated A short explanation of the most technically challenging automation you’ve built Your availability: We’re looking for someone technical, fast, and capable of building systems — not just connecting nodes.
