The Role We are looking for a Commission-Only Sales & Client Acquisition Partner to generate and close new business across both service lines. This is not an appointment setter role. This is not an assistant role. This is not a “learn sales” opportunity. This is for someone who knows how to generate revenue. You will be responsible for: • Sourcing and qualifying prospects • Conducting outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm network, partnerships, etc.) • Running discovery conversations • Presenting our services • Handling objections • Closing deals • Managing your pipeline independently You focus on revenue. We focus on delivery. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role. Industry standards for high-ticket B2B services range between 15–30% commission depending on deal size and performance. We offer a structured, tiered commission model designed to reward high performance and volume. Details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. There is no base salary. This role is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable operating in performance-based environments and want uncapped earning potential.
