Job Description:
We are a fast-growing B2B cybersecurity company looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategist & Campaign Operator to take our email program from “executional” to “revenue-driving.”
We currently run product launches, webinar promotions, newsletters, nurture programs, partner campaigns, and field event support through HubSpot. Volume is steady, but we lack advanced reporting, database growth strategy, and clear attribution to pipeline.
We need someone who can both design the system and execute inside it.
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you will:
Implement clear reporting showing:
Pipeline influenced by email
S1s / meetings sourced by email
Campaign-level performance beyond opens/clicks
Improve segmentation and audience logic
Create a documented intake → build → QA → send → reporting workflow
Identify and launch 2–3 programs to grow marketing opt-in database
Improve deliverability and engagement benchmarks
Reduce one-off/reactive campaign builds through better planning
Responsibilities
Strategy & Optimization
Audit current 2025 email campaigns and segmentation approach
Define campaign taxonomy and naming conventions
Improve UTM governance and reporting visibility
Build attribution views (in partnership with RevOps)
Develop opt-in growth strategy (content, gated assets, event capture, list hygiene)
Campaign Execution
Build and QA emails in HubSpot (HTML + plain text)
Manage workflows, suppression logic, segmentation
Coordinate with marketing stakeholders on timelines and audience
Own campaign calendar hygiene
Ensure deliverability best practices
Analytics & Revenue Tracking
Create reporting dashboards for:
Campaign performance
Source-to-pipeline visibility
Engagement by segment
Analyze performance and recommend iteration
Identify underperforming segments and reactivation strategy
Required Experience
5+ years B2B SaaS email marketing experience
Deep HubSpot experience (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
Strong understanding of:
Attribution models
Pipeline reporting
UTM strategy
Deliverability
Experience tying email to revenue, not just engagement metrics
Comfortable working cross-functionally (Marketing, SDR, RevOps)
Bonus Points
Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
Experience building lifecycle programs
Experience improving marketing opt-in growth
Experience integrating email with ABM strategy
