We’re looking for a skilled Faceless YouTube Video Editor to turn our provided scripts into engaging, high-retention videos. This role is focused on execution, pacing, and visual storytelling—not scripting or ideation. You will be responsible for editing and sourcing visual content that supports the script, including b-roll, screen recordings, graphics, and motion elements. This is not a template-based role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to hold attention, reinforce a narrative visually, and deliver clean, professional edits. Requirements Proven experience editing faceless YouTube videos Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention Ability to source visuals independently to support a script Experience using stock footage, screen recordings, and graphic elements Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent Basic motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar) Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable turnaround times Experience with YouTube automation or educational channels Ability to repurpose long-form videos into Shorts Understanding of YouTube retention and pacing strategies
