Company: Ambrose Salary: $600–700/month (Full-Time) Location: Remote (Philippines only) AMBROSE MARKETING ASSISTANT Qualifications • College graduate (2–3 years work experience) • Based in the Philippines • Highly organized and systems-oriented • Obsessed with efficiency and problem-solving • Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.) • Wants to grow into strategy, operations leadership, or account management What You’ll Be Doing 1. Operations & Systems • Build and maintain SOPs • Improve workflows using AI and automation • Manage task boards (Asana) • Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems 2. Account Management Support • Support client communications • Prepare meeting summaries and action plans • Coordinate deliverables between internal team and clients • Ensure projects stay on track 3. AI-Driven Execution • Use AI tools to help create: Paid ad concepts Email campaigns Visual assets Strategy outlines • Research new AI tools and propose how we can use them • Find better, faster ways to execute campaigns using AI What We’re Looking For Required: • 2–3 years experience in operations, marketing, virtual assistance, or project coordination • Strong written English • Experience supporting clients or accounts • Experience using AI tools for work (not just casually) • Extremely organized • Proactive problem-solver • Experience with Asana • Experience creating basic visual assets Bonus: • Experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) • Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) To Apply Please include: A short intro about yourself The AI tools you use regularly A real example of how you used AI to improve a workflow or campaign Attach an updated copy of your CV
