Example topics: * Why 90% of People Will Never Be Rich * How The Rich Avoid Taxes (Legally) * Why The Middle Class Stays Broke * How Money Really Works (That School Never Taught You) Responsibilities: * Write compelling hooks within the first 5–10 seconds * Use storytelling and open loops to maintain engagement * Simplify complex financial concepts * Keep scripts engaging, conversational, and easy to follow * Structure content as: Hook → Build → Payoff Requirements: * Strong storytelling ability * Understanding of retention and viewer psychology * Ability to research and present ideas clearly * Experience with YouTube scripts preferred --- 2. Video Editor You will turn scripts into high-quality, engaging videos optimized for retention. Thumbnail Designer You will design high CTR thumbnails that drive clicks.
