I am seeking a high-level Odoo partner for my Construction and Real Estate business. While the current implementation is solid, I am transitioning away from my current team to find someone more agile, responsive, and forward-thinking.
Beyond maintaining and optimizing the current system, a key priority for this role is the integration of AI to enhance our operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
System Takeover: Efficiently assume control of the existing Odoo environment.
AI Implementation: Identify opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions within Odoo (e.g., automated document processing, predictive project costing, or AI-powered customer interactions).
Agile Development: Execute new features for the Real Estate sector with speed and technical excellence.
Process Optimization: Ensure all workflows remain cost-effective and highly responsive.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven Industry Experience: Deep knowledge of Construction or Real Estate.
AI Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs or automation tools within ERP environments.
Technical Mastery: Strong Python/Odoo skills and business/accounting logic.
Language: Native or Bilingual Spanish is mandatory for discussing business logic.
