DESCRIPTION: We are a growing coaching practice using GoHighLevel for website, CRM, booking, and billing. Our system was set up poorly and currently feels messy. Some automations fire inconsistently and billing inside GHL was intended but may not be configured correctly. We need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to audit, stabilize, and clean up our current setup. This is NOT a full redesign. This is a structured cleanup and rebuild of core workflows. Scope of Work: • Audit current GHL setup (pipelines, workflows, calendars, tags, payments) • Fix lead intake → consultation booking → automation triggers • Remove duplicate/broken workflows • Clean up tagging and custom field structure • Confirm Stripe/payment workflows are correctly integrated • Ensure successful payment triggers onboarding automation • Test all flows end-to-end with test leads • Provide 2–3 recorded training sessions for owner + staff • Provide written documentation / SOP summary Business Type: Life & ADHD coaching practice with multiple coaches and structured packages. Requirements: • Proven GoHighLevel experience (must show past builds via screen share) • Experience with Stripe integration inside GHL • Experience debugging workflow conflicts • Strong understanding of pipeline architecture • Ability to document and train non-technical team Budget: Fixed price preferred.
